    In person and sessions to follow online
    • Meet in person with the team
    • Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30am-6:30am
    • 1/2 Boxing and 1/2 weight lifting for sculpting.
    • 2 workouts to perform on your own with your
    • workouts sent through our team app.
